Booking and the appointment

Our Miami line, (305) 677-8371, is staffed Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. The (877) line, (877) 994-5277, is answered 24/7.

When do you install in the Miami area?

Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You can request an appointment online at any hour, and customer service picks up Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

Is a same-day appointment possible?

Same-day appointments are available in most areas. Whether one is open depends on the glass your car takes and the day's schedule, and we give you the options when you call or book.

What details help with a quote?

Year, make and model, or the VIN if you have it. A photo of the damage sent by text to (877) 350-5962 lets us confirm which piece of glass it is.

What happens to my appointment in hurricane season?

Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. If a storm or a watch is coming, we move appointments in the affected area and call you to pick a new time. We do not install in rain or lightning at any time of year.

Do I have to wait with the car?

Only for the handover. Give the technician the keys at the start and get the safe-to-drive time at the end.

Buildings, gates and garages

Does a condo building garage work for an install?

In many, yes. The building usually wants a vendor cleared with the front desk or the association first. Tell us the level, the space and the height limit.

My community has a gatehouse. What do you need?

A guest pass in our name or the gate procedure. Some HOAs in Doral, Miramar and Pembroke Pines also ask vendors to sign in, so tell us the rules when you book.

Is a single assigned space wide enough?

Most of the time. Both front doors need to open fully and the technician needs to reach the whole windshield. A guest space next door also works.

Will you replace glass on the shoulder of I-95 or the Turnpike?

No. For safety we only work where the car is parked off the road, such as a driveway, a parking lot or a garage.

Insurance and paying

Does Florida's windshield law apply to my car?

If the car has comprehensive or combined additional coverage, Fla. Stat. § 627.7288 says the deductible does not apply to windshield damage. It covers the windshield only. The insurance page explains the rest.

Will you file the claim for me?

We help you file your claim. You open it with your insurer, and we provide the glass and invoice details they ask for. After covered work, we bill your insurer directly.

Is self-pay an option?

Yes. Send the vehicle details for a quote, and you know the price before anything is booked.

Do you offer gifts or cash for using insurance?

No. Florida law bars shops from offering an inducement for a glass claim, and we offer none.

The glass and the warranty

Do you fix chips and small cracks?

No. We replace glass only: windshields, door windows, back glass and sunroof glass.

What is covered by the warranty?

Each install has our lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers our workmanship and defects in the glass we install. It does not cover new damage.

Which vehicle makes do you work on?

52 vehicle makes. Send the year, make and model, and we confirm the part for your car.
