Some ZIP codes cross town lines, and a ZIP code alone does not confirm an address. Put your street in the quote form and we confirm it.

Before we come

Make the car easy to reach

  • For a condo or office tower: the building name, garage level, height limit and whether the front desk needs a vendor's name ahead of time.
  • For a gated community: the gatehouse procedure or a guest pass in our name.
  • For a house: whether the car can sit in the driveway or the garage with both front doors open.
  • A landmark if the address is hard to find, such as the nearest cross street or a nearby park entrance.

Landmarks are only for directions. We are not connected with any of them.

Service area questions

Not sure we reach you? Call (305) 677-8371, or put your ZIP in the quote form above.

Do you go south of Florida City?

Florida City is the southern end of our Miami list. For anywhere farther south, call our Miami line before you book and we will tell you whether we can come.

Is Fort Lauderdale served by a separate team?

No. Fort Lauderdale and the other Broward towns on this page are served by our Miami team and use the Miami line, (305) 677-8371.

Can I book at my office in one town and drive home to another?

Yes. The car only needs to be parked where the technician has room to work. Many people book at work and drive home once the technician gives the safe-to-drive time.

My town is not on this page. Can you still come?

Call and ask before booking. This page lists the towns our Miami team drives to, and we tell you plainly if an address is outside them.
